Chronic Minor Infractions
Chronic minor infractions are defined as three DOCUMENTED infractions.
Infractions must meet the following criteria:
-All infractions must be for the same behavior
-All infractions must be documented on OSB
-All infractions cannot take place on the same day/class period
-Three different intervention strategies must be implemented
