Small Business Standing Offer Details
Tariff variations:
Our standing tariffs are varied from time to time and published on our website. We will give you notice of any variations as
soon as practicable and in any event no later than your next bill or in accordance with any applicable laws and codes.
Term:
No contract term.
Payment method:
Telephone or internet (credit card), quarterly direct debit, monthly payment smoothing via direct debit, BPAY, in person or by
mail. Further details set out on your account.
Billing frequency:
Quarterly.
Billing method:
Bills will be sent to the billing or email address set out in your offer.
Cooling off period
10 business days.
Exit fee
This is a no contract term offer and as such no exit fees are applicable.
Disconnection fee
$65.00 inc. GST
Reconnection fee
$60.00 inc. GST
After hours reconnection fee
$75.00 inc. GST
Additional information
We reserve the right to and will notify you if we change or impose additional fees or charges in relation to your energy supply.
Fees and charges charged by the distributor are published on the Endeavour website and may change from time to time.
Eligibility
This offer is only available to small business customers within the Endeavour distribution zone, and subject to the customer
having the necessary metering system/configuration.
Incentives
$100 account credit will be applied to your account 12 months after the date of transfer to this offer. This incentive is limited
to one per supply address and will be forfeited if you switch offers or retailers within 12 months of the initial date of transfer to
this offer.
