Venue Information
ACC2011 is held at Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology (RSET), Kochi. The Campus is located on the banks of the river Chitrapuzha. It is 0.5 km from the Seaport Airport Highway, 13 km from Ernakulam North Railway Station, and 27 km from the Nedumbassery International Airport.

Internet Access
There will be limited wireless internet access available at the conference rooms. This service is supplied free of charge by the Conference for its participants during the time
of the conference. Please be considerate of your colleagues and limit your time spent online. There are no guarantees of speed and connectivity. Hardwire connections and
computers are not provided. If your laptop does not have wireless capability, you will need to access the internet through other means on your own. However, the
conference delegates can also access Internet service being provided at the Computer Centre of RSET. For Internet acess, please contact Mr. Sabeesh Robinson, Network

ACC2011 Registration
The ACC2011 Registration area is located at “Old Library Hall” on the ground floor of the RSET Main building. Pre-registered participants must pick up their badges and
conference materials in this area. On-site registration for the Conference (subject to availability)/Tutorials is located here as well.
ACC2011 Information Desk
Conference information, publications, CDs will be available at the Registration Desk. The desk is staffed by Local Arrangements Members and Student Volunteers who can
answer your ACC2011 questions and assist with special needs.
First Aid/Emergency
Your safety is our primary concern. In case of an emergency, please contact the conference Registration Desk immediately for assistance. There is also a First Aid office
located in the ground floor of the main building.

Name Badges
Your ACC2011 name badge serves as your admission pass to conference sessions and events. Please wear your name badge at all times while inside the conference venue.
Conference organisers reserve the right to deny admission to any persons not wearing an ACC2011 name badge.
Cell Phone Courtesy
Please be considerate in your cell phone use. ACC2011 requests that all cellular phones, pagers, and other equipment with audible alarms of any kind be turned off in all
sessions as a courtesy to the presenters and to the attendees.
Smoking Policy
ACC2011 is smoke-free and the meeting center is a non-smoking facility.
Electrical Power
Electricity in India is 240 Volts, alternating at 50 cycles per second. If you are traveling from outside India, you will require a voltage converter if you are carrying a device
that does not accept 240 Volts at 50 Hertz. ACC2011 does not provide power converters, extension cords, power strips or other electric accessories. However, the staff at
the Registration Desk may be able to assist with some needs.
Weather at Kochi
This is a Monsoon season in Kerala. ACC2011 advices you to carry an umbrella to protect yourself from rain.

Most Presentations are scheduled for a maximum time of 15-20 minutes, including Q&A.

Presentations can only be in electronic Power Point formats. Files should be Microsoft Powerpoint 2003 compatible.

There will be a laptop and an LCD available for all presenters in the conference rooms.

Upload all presentations one hour prior to their presentations at the laptop provided in the conference hall where your session is scheduled.

Please have your presentation file named using session-Id and EDAS Paper-Id (xx-xxxxxxxxx).

You may bring your file on a CD or a USB flash stick.
