Role Description: Central Stock Team Leader
Responsible to:
Responsible for:

Leading a team supporting the retail outlets /
venues.

Job Summary:
Ensure smooth operation of the central stock
function.
Main Activities:
• Lead and Manage a team of Central Stock staff.
• Ensure that the central stock areas are operated safely and
efficiently.
• Ensure that stock is available as required
• Arrange delivery of stock to the requesting venue
• Ensures that stock control processes and procedures are followed
• To maintain good working relationships with other directorates and
teams within own directorate
• To attend relevant meetings and events
• Support and encourage the training of the team to fulfil their roles
• Any other duty as agreed with the Deputy Directors of Finance
(Retail)

Efficient running of the Food Warehouse

Job Summary:
Ensure smooth operation of the Food Warehouse
Main Activities:
• Team working to ensure that the Food Warehouse operates safely and
efficiently
• Ensure orders are processed and ready for collection
• Work at the customer desk checking and handling orders
• Deal with participant queries
• To attend relevant meetings and events
• Undertake training relevant to fulfil the roles
• Other duties as agreed to support the Retail team
• Have fun!
Person Specification:
• A member of either the Scout or Girl Guiding Associations
