LEAP is a series of experiential workshops designed
to develop lean startup skills and jump-start corporate
entrepreneurship. LEAP helps teams discover new
business opportunities, run faster in existing markets, and
innovate on internal processes. Based on a modular core
curriculum, “LEAP” has been battle-tested with hundreds of
teams across multiple industries.
LEAP workshop modules are designed to help participants
produce results quickly. Participating teams often see
results in just a few days, since content is based on realworld business problems being faced by each team.
Modules are assembled into a series of LEAP workshops,
delivered directly to specific teams, innovation events,
learning & development programs, or “idea pipelines”.

XI
LEAP XI is our most popular foundational workshop,
which includes content from all three LEAP modules in a 2-day, rigorous training event. LEAP XI is
designed to create “extraordinary innovators”, and
teach lean startup principles by doing. The hands-on
workshop helps participants interact with customers
via customer development, reduce risk through rapid
experimentation, and identify business value from
actionable data - all focused on moving the needle
of their endeavor.
LEAP XI participants jump head first into validating
their ideas with real customers, learning first-hand the
tactics, hacks and tricks of the trade to rapid experimentation and customer development. LEAP mentors
guide teams throughout the 2-day event, providing
personalized coaching and support.

Based on our experience coaching hundreds of
entrepreneurial teams inside the enterprise and in

curriculum with the objective that participants can

interpret customer feedback, identify potential
problems to solve, and transition from customer
insights to actionable experiments.
Participants lean the mechanics of good experiment
design, how to use state of the art tools, and how to
make good decisions based on data. These skills
