Pre-Submission Checklist
Before submitting your work to your department, check the following points
Have you:
 Fully referenced text that has been taken from any
source (including books, journals and the internet)?
 Acknowledged any substantial information or ideas
belonging to others?
 Clearly identified and referenced quotations from any
source?
 Included in-text or footnoted references wherever
necessary?
 Included a complete and correct bibliography?

Included page numbers, volume and issue details, webaddresses and dates wherever necessary?
 Acknowledged any help from or collaboration with
another student?
 Submitted your work through Turnitin (if available)?
Remember to sign and date the declaration of originality on the
departmental coversheet.
