The purpose of the capital project request process is to identify and prioritize programmatic needs. The
President’s Administrative Team (deans and division heads) will work with their respective chairs and
faculty or department heads will develop a list of their needs and then submit this form for each
prioritized need. Use this worksheet during the process, then cut and paste into the online form found
at http://www.cwu.edu/facility/capital-budget-requests.
