KRONOS CLOCK LOCATIONS FOR PATIENT SAFETY ATTENDANTS (PSAS)
AND COMPANIONS
The following are general guidelines for where the Kronos clocks are located that you will use to swipe in
and out of your workday.
Unit
Halsted, Nelson and Osler Units
Bloomberg and Zayed
Meyers
Weinberg
Clock location
Clock is located at the intersection of the Nelson and Halsted
hallways – across from the Nelson stairways
Ex. Clock for Hal 3/Osler 3 unit is located at the intersection of
Hal 3 and Nel 3 hallways. This clock lists both Hal 3 (CIRU) and
Nelson 3. You must select the correct unit.
Clocks are located in the service corridor between the patient
and transport elevators
Clocks are next to room 180 on each unit which is across from
the elevators outside of the unit.
Next to Pt and staff elevators on each level.
Exceptions
Halsted 2/Nelson 2/Osler 2 (considered 1 unit)
Bloomberg 12
Bloomberg 8
Marburg 2
Marburg 3
Outside N-122 which is near locker room on the
Nelson corridor
Use clock on Blmberg 11 but select Blmberg 12
Use clock on Blmberg 9 but select Blmberg 8
Clock is on wall in front corridor by nurse’s
station
Clock is back by the kitchen, rm 300.
