Confidentiality Agreement
I understand that as a member of the search committee, I will receive information on applicants
which is classified as private data under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 13. I hereby agree to keep such information private and not to disclose the names
of applicants or any other information about an applicant, unless authorized to do so by the chair of
the screening committee when the applicant becomes a semi-finalist or finalist.
I acknowledge that failure to comply with this agreement may result in violation of law for which I
may be held personally responsible.
