• FM_PI Award Reports
This report that shows a one line summary of budget,
expenses, future planned expenses, and funds available
calculations for each project associated with a grant/contract.
• FM_PI Labor Schedules by PI
This report show the % of effort scheduled to be paid on all
PI owned grants and contracts.
• FM_PI NIH Grant Type Report
This report lists and provides a count of NIH grants by grant type.
FM_PI Award Reports
Purpose:
To Provide PIs of Program Projects or other
awards with multiple projects a consolidated
report of all project and award activity.

Ability to include/exclude inactive projects based
on parameter setting
FM_PI Labor Schedules by PI
Purpose:
To provide a consolidated report of how personnel
labor is scheduled to be paid across all grants and
contracts associated with a PI.
Features:
– Shows scheduled percent of effort per employee
to be paid on any project associated with a PI’s
grant/contracts.
– Shows labor percentages scheduled from a
specified reporting period forward (period can be
past, present, or future).
FM_PI NIH Grant Type Report
Purpose:
To provide a list of NIH Grants by type (i.e,;
U, R, P, etc) for a specified Organization,
MBU or Dept.
Features:
– Selection option to include/exclude
inactive awards (those past their close
date)
– Count by type
