Areas of Practice
Tim DeFors focuses his practice on commercial, estate and trust litigation, and has experience in
both the state and federal courts. He has extensive experience as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S.
Navy. Tim’s experience also includes working as a Research Assistant for the Rural Development
Institute and representing clients seeking unemployment benefits in administrative hearings through
a University of Washington School of Law clinic.
