on Coroners and Justice Bill

On 26/10/2009 the government had a defeat in the House of Lords on an amendment to
the Coroners and Justice Bill: To make a deputy chief coroner responsible for
overseeing military inquests and for providing specialist training to coroners conducting
them.
This was defeat number 23 in the parliamentary session.
