Evidence of Research Presentation
While enrolled in the PhD program, MSE students are required to make at least two research
presentations at regional, national, or international meetings as the lead or coauthor. The
purpose of this form is to document a research presentation by a MSE PhD student. Please use
a separate form for additional presentations.

This form and accompanying materials should be submitted to the program director, Dr.
Angela Barlow, as soon as the presentation is completed.
