Click on Meeting Center on the top
navigation bar.
Click on Schedule a Meeting on the left
navigation bar.
The Schedule a Meeting page will open.
In the Meeting Topic field enter the name of
the class or course.
A password is optional.
Enter the Date, Time and Duration of the
meeting.
Check Send a copy of the invitation email to
me. This will generate an invitation email in
Outlook that you will forward on to the
attendees.
Click the Schedule Meeting button.

The Meeting Scheduled page will open.
To add this to your calendar, click the Add to
My Calendar button.
Click OK to schedule the meeting.
You will receive an invitation email in
Outlook that y ou must forward to your
students.
