A Texas Tech Officer detained six students, which occurred in Coleman
Residence Hall. The students were issued Lubbock County citations for
possession of alcohol by a minor and released. One of the students was
released pending the filing of charges for possession of marijuana. See
offense report #12-1190.
A Texas Tech Officer detained a student, which occurred after a traffic stop in
the 3000 block of 18th Street. The student was issued a Lubbock County
citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and released. See offense report
# 12-1191.
