Tips for looking up your Intern Registration Status with the Washington Board of Pharmacy:
1. You may see the status of your Washington State Intern Registration application by
logging onto:
http://www.doh.wa.gov/LicensesPermitsandCertificates/ProfessionsNewReneworUpd
ate/Pharmacy.aspx
2. Find application status (middle column or left hand side)
3. Click on Provider Credential Search

5. Search by name or by intern registration number (if you already have one assigned)
