Rosemount Improvement Plan
The city of Rosemount is entertaining ideas from outside developers on
ways to improve the city. If you can convince the city council that your
idea will bring the most benefit to the city, your company will get the
opportunity to develop the land.
The city council has asked for the following items:
1) Describe the location to be used.
2) Describe what you want to do with the land and why.
3) Explain the impact this would have on infrastructure (the more
specific you are – the better)
4) Explain the long-term impact this project would have on city services.
5) Economic Analysis – What individuals/groups would be impacted in
a positive and negative way by this project?
You will be allowed 5-7 minutes for a presentation followed by 3
minutes for questions. Props/diagrams are encouraged. This should be
a realistic proposal.
