2204.3 - Forest Supervisors. The listed delegations are made to the Forest Supervisor.
On the Fishlake National Forest, these are being re-delegated to the District Rangers.
No further delegation or signing authority is permissible.
Responsibility/Authority
1.
Establish range allotments.
2.
Approve allotment management plans.
3.
Approve applications for and issue term grazing permits.
4.
Approve nonuse of term grazing permits for:
a.
Permittee convenience for up to 3 consecutive grazing seasons
on a year-to-year basis.
b.
Resource and protection agreement for not longer than the
remaining term of the term grazing permit.
c.
The conduct of research or other fact finding for the length of the
proposed activity.
d.
Conservation reserve up to the length of the approved
agreement.
5.
Confirm waivers of term grazing permits.
6.
Modify term grazing permits.
7.
Cancel/suspend up to 100 percent of a term grazing, temporary grazing,
or livestock use permits.
8.

Approve applications for and issue temporary grazing and livestock use

Make seasonal extensions of term grazing, temporary grazing and
livestock use permits.

Approve refund or credit of unused fees.
