2. Introduction
 Company History
We introduce ourselves with pleasure as the pioneer in distribution and
networking business. We have been dealing with various national/international
corporate houses for more than three decades and have regained goodwill
through their continuous encouraging appraisals and appreciations for our
sincerity and dedication. Our mission has always remained intact to efficiently
market and distribute the services/products throughout Orissa.
We made our foray into the distribution market with a vision to publicize
services/products since 1992 in 30 districts and have attained new milestones by
working for business corporates like Zee TV, ESPN,NDTV, Dish TV, HITS, ITZ
to name a few. Our persistence, sincerity and efficiency have enabled us in
achieving prestigiousawards and appreciations from the above mentioned
corporate houses. Presently, we are handling operations forMSMD Sony
Channel distribution for Odisha and associated with around 1500 cable
operators across the state.
Reedo has been awarded with numerous awards for its excellent services over
the decades. It has won the Best Distributor Of the year award continuously over

televisionchannels across Odisha. Operational efficiency is optimized by strong
association and partnerships with allthe 25+ Industrial Houses, MSOs and
hundredslocal Cable TV Operators throughout Odisha. We have set our self
apart from the competition by our constant persistence on the quality of service in
the fields of customer market penetration and distributorship. The constant

 Business model
Reedo operates through a Centralized office management
model. Our present office with a dimension of about 1500
Sq.Ft. is based at the city Centre of Bhubaneswar and
equipped with state of the art technologies and amenities, with
a capacity to accommodate up to 25 Staff personnel. Our
management provides certain operational responsibilities to the
respective staff personnel and makes sure that the latter carries
out the duties professionally and accomplishes them within the
given time frame. At the same time, the management team of
Reedo administrates and inspects the entire workings of the
respective divisions to make sure that all operations are carried
out smoothly.
3. Management & Ownership
 Management structure
We are presently working with MSMD Sony for the distribution
and marketing of its products. This requires a lot of onsite
marketing presence and backend management to facilitate
smooth operations.
We have a dedicated marketing team which directly deals with
the associates in the market and facilitates in meeting our
financial targets. There is a separate team of staff which are
solely responsible for the Management affairs in the office and
maintenance of Accounts. All these concerned staff are

accountable to the State Head of MSMD and Pranab Panda
(Managing Director of Reedo) and they overlook all operations
inside the office and on the field, and take the decisions;
making sure there is absolute ease in operations and that the
financial targets are met successfully.
 Ownership Structure
Mr. Pranab Kumar Panda is the Managing Director and Mrs.
Jayashree Panda is the director of the company.
 Attorneys
We have appointed Mr. NaliniMohanty (Senior Advocate,
Cuttack High Court, Odisha), as our Legal Advisor to look after
any Legal Issues that may arise during our operations.
 Accountants
Reedo realizes that alongside effective management, it is
equally important to maintain monetary transparency in its
operations. It has thus appointed Mr. Prabhat Panda (CA, ABP
Associates, Bhubaneswar) to help us in maintaining transparent
and hassle free monetary affairs.
4. Current customers & projects
Reedo is presently working with MSMD Sony for the distribution and
marketing of its products. Alongside these operations, Reedo is also
promoting its marketing and consultancy concept which aims to fulfill the
service needs of a family, anywhere, without any service charges
through offline office setups all over the state and online database in
multiple verticals which Include Real Estate, Education, Employment
etc.
