GOAL :
To elaborate on companies’ systems for personnel
qualification and to enhance the quality of personnel
engaged in tourist companies with organization and
offering events through adaption and transfer specific
educational resources on Event management, elaborated in
educational and consultant practice of the partners.

WP3. Elaboration of Handbook on Event
Management – Package leader : Varna Free
University
Objectives:
1.To develop, edit and print a handbook on Event
Management, which will be used by the
company mentors/ trainers who are responsible
for improving the professional skills of the
personnel.
2. To provide educational resources synchronized
with the educational abilities of the users
through adapted materials presented in a user
friendly format, at study curricula, consistent
with the needs of the adult learners.

WP4. Training of Trainers - Package leader :
Klaipeda Business and Technology College
Objectives:
1. To present the developed handbook at the
mentors/ trainers in tourist companies and to
train them in applying the handbook in practice.
2. To train representatives of more than 80 tourist
companies in four training seminars in Spain,
Bulgaria, United Kingdom and Lithuania
